Ship (10) Pal (8) Gi (skills). Group and private lessons are available where we will cover: Forms, Tan-Teis, 2-Man Sets, etc.
The orthodox teaching of a traditional Kung-Fu style (a blend of Northern Shaolin Long Fist and Northern Praying Mantis Kung-Fu) that was taught by Chinese Masters in Korea. The style's name (pronounced Ship Pahl Gee and found under a few variations of the name) means: Ship (10) Pal (8) Gi (Skills) and refers to the 18 skills. with plenty of solo and partner drills.
