Fingerprinting:
Time: 9:00 am - 3:30 pm (by appointment only)
Location: Picnic Tables at PCLL Clubhouse
You MUST have an appointment. Please be on time and bring your driver's license.

We will have a second day for fingerprinting before games start. If you do not get a spot for tomorrow, or if you are unavailable tomorrow, watch your email for more information.

BASEBALL Field Prep Training:
Time: 9:00 - 10:00 am
Location: PCLL - meet at the Softball Score Table outside the Coach’s Closet

CPR Training:
Time: 10:00 - 11:30 am
Location: PCLL Clubhouse

CPR certification is good for two years. If you were certified in the last two years, you do not need to take the training again. If you plan to attend the training, please email [email protected].

Time: 10:00 - 11:30 am geared toward lower levels
12:00 - 1:30 pm geared toward upper levels

The staff at Arsenal Performance Training are hosting a Coaches Clinic for PCLL this Saturday, August 29. We encourage all managers and assistant coaches to attend, but especially anyone new to coaching.

This coaching clinic is led by retired professional baseball players and experienced training staff who bring years of high-level playing and instructional experience to the field. The clinic is designed to give coaches practical tools and ideas for planning effective practices, structuring drills, teaching fundamentals, and keeping players engaged. Coaches will also learn strategies for supporting player development, building confidence, and creating a positive team environment throughout the season.

REMINDER! The Fall 2026 Softball Player Evaluations are THIS week!

Monday, August 24 - Minor C at 6pm and Minor B at 7pm
Tuesday, August 25 - Minor A at 6pm and Majors at 7pm

There are no player evaluations for the Juniors Division.

All evaluations will be held on the Softball Field. Only Managers, Coaches, and Board Members will be allowed on the field during evaluations. Parents will be asked to remain outside the fences. All girls must wear a helmet WITH a cage/facemask for batting and must wear a face mask in the field. All girls should have their own gloves and bats and wear softball pants.

We look forward to seeing Fall 2026 Softball players this week for evaluations!

The Fall 2026 Baseball Player Evaluations are THIS week!

Player evaluations are for Majors and Minor Player Pitch ONLY.

The schedule is based on age. Age is based on league age, which is determined by your child's age on 8/31/2026. Age is NOT based on your child's current age. For example, if your child is 8 years old today but will be 9 years old on or before 8/31/2026, their league age is 9 and their evaluation is on Wednesday, August 19.

All evaluations will be held on Field A. Only Managers will be allowed on the field during evaluations. Assistant coaches can review outside of the fences. Ranking will be based on average evaluation from third party members of the Board of Directors. Division managers will not have their rank included in the division they are coaching in.

If your child is registered for Coach/Machine Pitch, which is Minor C and Coach Pitch, or Tee Ball, he or she does not need an evaluation. For Minor C, Coach Pitch, and Tee Ball, we are working to assign players to teams, and you will receive your child's team assignment in the next two weeks.
