As someone who spent yearrrrssss beating the crap out of herself mentally cause thats what I felt like I needed to do to succeed, this tool changed everything.
After getting the things I was working towards, career, house and relationship I realized I wasn’t actually enjoying my life.
Why? because you cannot beat yourself into feeling better.
One of my patterns was to relive play by plays of what I thought of as my past mistakes.
All that did was create a even more toxic relationship with myself where I felt I couldn’t trust myself and the decisions I make.

What do you actually want?
Ask yourself why you want what you want and peal away layers to get to the true want.
Getting clear on what you want helps you build more self trust as you can find evidence for how you’re getting what you need out of situations
A lot of the times we paint stress as the bad guy.
Stress errors that are short-term can be beneficial because they help bring our genius out to get things done efficiently.
When those stressors last longer than 48 hours is when we start to see negative effects on us.
This is when the system starts breaking down. We are more likely to have reached our capacity, mentally physically emotionally, and our likelihood of becoming sick exponentially increases.
