Big skills can start with little swimmers. 💙
Introducing age-appropriate swim and survival skills early can help children become more comfortable around the water while building important foundational skills over time.
There doesn’t have to be a “perfect” age to begin. Every child is different, and every swimmer starts somewhere.

Happy first day of Fall!
The calendar may say summer is ending, but in Florida, the water is never really out of season. ☀️

Pool days, beach trips, vacations, family gatherings, and backyard swims can happen throughout the year—which is why maintaining swim and survival skills matters beyond the traditional swim season.

📅 Save the date: 2027 registration opens on January 1st!

We encourage families to plan ahead for another year of building confidence, strengthening skills, and creating safer habits around the water.
Whether your little one is brand new to swimming or continuing their progress, every lesson is an opportunity to learn, grow, and become a more confident swimmer.

Our favorite part of swim and survival lessons isn’t always the swimming.
It’s the moment a child realizes, “I can do this.” The confidence that comes from mastering a new skill, overcoming a challenge, or trying something that once felt scary is something that extends far beyond the pool.
We aren’t just teaching little swimmers, we’re helping them discover what they’re capable of 🏊✨

School is back, but that doesn’t mean swim and survival skills should take a vacation! 🎒🏊
Like any skill, swimming takes practice to maintain confidence and ability. Even as schedules get busier, finding opportunities to practice can make a big difference.
And here in Florida, we’re lucky enough to have plenty of opportunities to enjoy the water year-round! ☀️💦

One of the most important things we can teach our children about water?

Active adult supervision, swim and survival skills, barriers, life jackets when appropriate, and other layers of protection all work together to help create safer experiences around water.

Let’s make water safety a family habit—not just a summer activity. 🏊💦

From nervous first lessons to confident swimmers, we couldn’t be more proud of the progress these little swimmers have made. Every scoop, float, breath, and challenge along the way has brought them one step closer to becoming stronger and more confident in the water. 💙

One of the most important skills we teach is the back float.
It helps children practice staying calm, keeping their airway above the water, and becoming more comfortable if they find themselves in the water unexpectedly.
Every child learns at their own pace, and every lesson is another opportunity to build confidence.

It’s never too late to learn a life-changing skill!
Whether your child is just beginning their water journey or you’re looking to build on the skills they already have, swim and survival lessons are for children of all ages and experience levels.
