Wow , this just came on my feed , way before the rink was built and became what it is now .

Sometimes it difficult to explain what my job really is.
Seems like everybody knows how to teach skating. Every single Coach promote themselves as doing power skating.
Put it simply, my job is to make people faster!
So many things go into increasing speed, biggest one of all, changing your mindset. If you are not willing to change how you look at skating and what does it mean to be fast you will be much better off doing exactly the same thing as you doing now.
THIS IS WHAT WE CALL A PINK BUBBLE
If you are a junior player, you really need to know where you are.
If you are not in the pink, you are not moving on!!!!!!!
You can stick handle ,you can be smart but if you’re not in the pink, you do not have future in higher level hockey.
We talk about speed a lot, this is what it looks like.
This is what I do. We test., we work., we test again.
It is a process, it is not one day miracle..
Everybody is promising things, we are making things happen long-term. If you’re willing to learn., you will get results..
