The beginning is hard for everyone...
In jiu-jitsu, a stripe looks small to those watching from the outside. But those who live on the mats know that each piece of tape on the belt represents days when no one saw the internal battle. It’s about keeping going even when you’re exhausted.
Coming back even after defeat. Learning to lose the ego before learning how to beat someone else. A stripe doesn’t just measure technique. It measures consistency, character and maturity.
Because in the end, the true evolution in jiu-jitsu was never in the belt. It was always in the person it is shaping.

We are blessed to teach Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the best country on earth-The United States of America 🇺🇸!
🇺🇸Professor Paulo & I are extremely grateful to this country as we celebrate his first 4th of July as an American citizen.
🇺🇸America has given him the ability to succeed in ways not possible in Brazil. We are so thankful to all of you that support us and are part of our Primata BJJ team.
