Day 5, I can feel the shift! When done correctly, fasting has tons of benefits. More energy, clarity, and Less joint pain. 2 more days until I reach a week. First Milestone with in reach.

As a true foodie, I can honestly say nothing makes good taste better than a 24-hour fast! It’s crazy what happens when you overindulge yourself in anything, especially food. I feel like it loses its excitement. The best way to bring that back is abstaining and challenging yourself, so it becomes a reward you earn.
