Happy Member Spotlight Monday to our sweet, ✨AMY!✨

When we asked Amy what made her decide to join our community, she said, “For the past five years, I have been dormant. I was looking for a way to get active again and be brave enough to find something new. I had never taken a cycling class so it took some courage to take that first step. But after watching CH’s Instagram posts for a few months, I felt this could be my community. From the very first class I have felt welcomed and authentically encouraged.” 🩵

Amy is consistently riding in class, so you’ve likely seen her around! When we asked her what keeps her motivated, Amy shared that “It’s how I feel after every ride. I’m stronger. I can feel it in my every day life. I’m more energized and genuinely excited for every ride. It’s the music, the instructors, the people at the front desk, and the people that ride along with me.  I’m showing up.  And I can truthfully say that I never regret showing up for a class but I do when I don’t.” 💪🏽🎶

We asked Amy who her favorite musical artists to ride to are - and wow, is her music taste SO fun! 🤩 Some of her favorites are Ava Max, Beyoncé, Chainsmokers, Maroon 5, and more.

Finally, we asked Amy to choose between a sweet treat or a savory snack and her favorite is Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups! 🍬

We are thrilled to have you as a part of our community, Amy! Please help us celebrate this wonderful rockstar and all of her incredible energy ⭐️🪩🚴‍♂️
