What if one sport could help you live longer?

A long-term study of more than 8,500 people found something striking: tennis players may live up to 10 years longer than people who don’t play sports at all. And among all sports, tennis came out on top for longevity.

Why? Because tennis does more than move your body. It works your heart, sharpens your coordination, challenges your mind, and keeps you connected to other people. You run, you focus, you compete, you smile... And for a while, stress takes a back seat.

If you already play, keep at it.
If you don’t, maybe this is your sign to start.

So tell me… When are you getting on court?
