I had the absolute honor of facilitating a sound bath for eight beautiful humans this evening!

Im still very new to facilitating sound but I must say I feel very in my element. Guiding these humans into relaxation and creating sound to wash over them its truly something special.

Many in attendance said it was their first sound bath and I pray they got what they needed from it!

If you were in attendance please feel free to share anything about your experience with me in the comments. If you weren't able to make it stay tuned because I hope to share many more in the future!

Im beyond grateful to Abbigael Scott for trusting me in leading this series. While the turn out wasnt what we had hoped overall, this was only our first run.
