It’s summer break, but that doesn’t mean we stop working. This past weekend some of our Synergy Hoops 14u girls competed in the FCB 3v3 tournament. The girls were coached by Brandon Triche and won the 9th-10th grade division. Congratulations to the girls on this wonderful achievement!

Thanks to Eclipse Environmental Services LLC for sponsoring 14u’s last tournament of the spring season! The girls played phenomenal even after having over a month off between tournaments. They went 2-0 at the Syracuse Select tournament and played great team fundamental basketball. Congratulations to our MVP’s and the entire team on a successful Sunday. ✔️🏀

Tonight we celebrated the end of spring aau basketball season at Heritage Hill Brewery in Pompey, NY. We had great views on the patio🥂, as we celebrated the girls many accomplishments this season and acknowledged the major growth and development that occurred. Thank you to the parents and the athletes for a wonderful spring season. 🏀

Synergy Hoops wrapped up its spring season with the Zero Gravity The Challenge Tournament in Westchester, NY. Both the 14u and 15u teams advanced to the championship, demonstrating remarkable skill and teamwork. The 14u team went 2-2, navigating a challenging schedule, while the 15u team posted a 2-1 record, losing narrowly in the championship game by just two points. This season was filled with excitement and notable growth, and the girls' performance was truly impressive.
