We have been busy at work with a lot of great designs and installations over the past couple of months. Projects include Dynamic Health & Fitness in Clay, Belgium Cold Springs Fire Department, Syracuse Police New Headquarters, Carrols Corp, Amphenol Military High Speed in Binghamton, Metropolitan Apartments on James St. Syracuse, Fobes Island Apartments in Baldwinsville, and Fitness Connection in Barneveld, NY.

We converted a traditional classroom into a fitness classroom at Schenevus Central School over the holiday break. The room features a mix of products from various brands.

Last week, a couple of our customers and good friends sent us incredible pictures from Everest Base Camp, where they were proudly representing Syracuse Fitness Store. They credited their success on the expedition to their consistent training on their home equipment and enduring many Syracuse winters, which they say prepared them perfectly.

Another fine installation of the Hudson Steel Miami Gym into a local residence. This gym has been very popular for us. It sits under 7' tall and is super compact. It offers fixed high pulleys, fixed low pulleys, adjustable cable columns off the front, plate storage, Half rack bar catches and safeties, smith bar, landmine attachment, band pegs, and battle rope anchor. We plopped the machine on (2) 4' x 8' rubber mats to protect the floor and designate the area.

We were in Manhattan this week installing a new Fitness Center for the Weill Cornell Medical School. Besides the Torque storage rack, all products are from TRUE Fitness.
