I’m trying to decide which exercise leaves me questioning my life choices more. If you had to pick between these two fat-burning punishments, I mean exercises, which one are you choosing?
OPTION A: Medicine Ball Slams 💣

• The Risk: That split-second of pure, localized panic when you accidentally grab the one ball with high rebound, and it threatens to bounce back up and completely reconstruct your facial features in front of the entire free-weight section.
🔵 OPTION B: Mountain Climbers 🦎
(The "Sprint to Nowhere")
• The Vibe: Scaling a beautiful, majestic peak of nothing. A test of pure, unadulterated mental fortitude and core stability when your shoulders are already fried from overhead presses.
• The Pros: Massive caloric burn, deep core engagement, and zero equipment required to completely destroy your lungs.

🚨TREADMILL UPDATE: IT WON'T STOP 🚨
Hopped on the treadmill today feeling like an absolute athlete. Put on my hip 80's playlist, set the speed to what I thought was a "brisk jog," and spent the next 30 seconds realizing I had accidentally selected a pace meant for someone being chased by something. I lasted four minutes before I did The Shuffle — you know the one — where you're clearly done but the belt is still going and you kind of crab-walk to the side rails while trying to look like that was absolutely your plan all along. Then I couldn't figure out how to turn it off.
So I just… stood there. On the moving belt. Holding the rails. Going nowhere. Like a very tired escalator ornament. 🪴Here's the thing...the guy next to me has been running for 47 minutes at a 9-minute mile without breaking a sweat or changing his facial expression. I'm convinced he's a robot. Anyway, I burned 84 calories and my dignity, so net neutral I think.
See you all at the treadmill tomorrow where I will once again underestimate it and it will once again win. 🏃💨
