This week is the start of something new, fun, and making sure we all get the chance to enjoy the love of dance 💃

🎉 Exciting news from one of our own Salseras!

Laura — a founding member of Salt City Salseras with nearly three decades of teaching movement and a decade of training in Cuban Salsa — is launching Suéltate, a new Salsa Cardio dance class starting this Thursday, August 13, 6–7 PM at CNY Performing Arts Studio, 2005 W. Genesee St., Syracuse.

It's built on foundational Cuban and Latin technique — salsa, bachata, timba, merengue, and more — with no partner needed and no experience required.

If you've got room in your week for a little more dancing (don't we all 💃), come support one of our own at her first class! $10 drop-in.
