There will be no class the week of 9/7 - 9/11

A long good-bye,, Silver’s Tae Kwon Do said Best Wishes and Thank you to Ayaana,, a student that is moving to the sunshine state of Florida. Her hard-work and commitment will be missed along with her; heart of a lion attitude and sweet smile. The TKD class celebrated Ayaana with a couple gifts and a going away card and had ice-cream sandwiches that her parents provided. Ayaana also gave Master Alexander and Mr. Costello gifts,, a big Thank you,, May happiness be with you always…⭐️👊🏼👏🎉

👊🏼Silver’s Tae Kwon Do last testing was a show of amazing focus, hard work and respect for the martial arts.🥋
⭐️ Ayaana has learned how to build a strong mind-set to listen, to learn and to apply, by showing good skills along with self-confidence.
Ayaana tested all by herself and stepped-upped big time, and at such a young age gave a lesson to all other students to believe in yourself. 💪

To recap, we have to cancel class tomorrow night, so we'll resume my torture of you on Tuesday ( Aug 4th) Have a great weekend!....

Due to the air quality issue, we're going to cancel for tomorrow. Try to stay indoors

We will have a class tonight, it will be a classroom type night,, helpful answers to student questions. very very light,, show demos, help kids with technique and learn some Tenants of TKD. We will have cold waters,, 👊🏼

Because of the high heat index forecast for Thursday, I'm going to cancel and let you all have a long holiday weekend. See you all next Tuesday!

Bad news; I was just.informed the gym will be unavailable tonight. Sorry for the very late notice......

Unfortunately, we have several more cancelations for this month: 5/12, 5/26, and 5/28. We'll just have to train twice as hard on the rest of the days.......
