Coming back from behind, players covering in unfamiliar positions, 90 minute grind for half the crew and never quitting all combined to put the Mighty Oaks on a winning start to the season with just 4 minutes left to play. Goals by Aaron Walker, Dana Ingersoll and Chase Birdsall sealed the match. Meet the team captains for 2026! Senior midfielder, Kyle Hebler, from East Greenbush, NY, majoring in Env. Off all the ways athletes are assessed during preseason, 2 fitness tests give the roster tangible, comparable results while challenging them mentally and physically. Senior captain, Kyle Hebler (foreground) and sophomore midfielder, Remy O’Keefe (background) tied for fastest mile at 5 mins - 20 seconds. Remy made a final statement in the Beep Test completing all of level 12 which was almost a full level more than the rest of the team.
