Here’s what’s happening this week at Antelope BMX!

Tuesday 9/15 - Open practice, 6:30-8:30 PM. Striders only from 6:30-7, everyone else after. $6.

Saturday 9/19 - Single point race, registration/practice 6-7:00 PM, races begin asap after. $12. ***This will also be race #2 of the Big Ripper Summer Series!

Here’s all the details and info for the Big Ripper Summer Series, kicking off this Saturday! A huge thanks to Bruce Ritter and Utah BMX Plus! for spearheading this awesome series!!!

The 6th Annual Big Ripper Series is back…..bigger & badder than ever.
Rule changes for this season,

- Age cut offs are now “31 & over” for guys, “18 & over for ladies”.

Every single rider entered in the event for the night will be eligible for the Mystery Prize raffle.

- Every rider making the main will be in the drawing for $100! It is what it says it is, make the main, we have a raffle and you have a 1 in 8 chance of winning it.

- Winner of the main gets their pic with the big trophy, the Antelope BMX version of the Stanley Cup. 😁

- Race dates -
9/12.
9/19.
9/26.
10/3.
10/10.
10/17. - Finals!

- Championship rules -
You must race 4 out of the 6 races. You HAVE to race the finals to be eligible for the title. So you can miss 2 regular races if your title hunting.
Total points with your best finishes count towards the final standings.
USABMX expert points system will be used. I’ll post that up later. I’ll keep track of them.

-Rider count points.
Everyone gets 1 point per rider at each race. You sign up for the night, there’s 15 riders entered = 15 points.

- Everything is still random!
Motos & lanes are still unknown until staging time. The ping pong bottle is still operational.

- All races are at Antelope BMX this season.

- Entry is FREE to the Big Ripper Open but you have to be entered in your class or cruiser for the night.

Here’s what’s happening this week at Antelope BMX. The temps are cooling off, but the racing is just heating up!

Tuesday 9/8 - Open practice, 6:30-8:30 PM, Striders only from 6:30-7, everyone else after. $6.

Saturday 9/12 - Single point race, registration 6-7:00 PM, races starting asap after. $12.

Saturday 9/5 - Single Point Race, registration 6-7:00 PM, racing asap after. $12.
***Intermediate Clinic immediately after racing ends. This will be for Intermediate riders only. $12 per rider.

Saturday 8/29 - NO RACING AT ANTELOPE BMX. State Championship Finals at Rad Canyon BMX. Check their page for all details. Good luck to all riders!!!

Here’s what’s happening this week at Antelope BMX!

Tuesday 8/18 - Open practice, 6:30-8:30 PM. Striders only from 6:30-7, everyone else after. Cost is $6.

Saturday 8/22 - Double Point Race, Registration 6-7:00 PM, racing asap after. Cost is $25. ***Be sure to start the day off at Deseret Peak BMX, as they’ve got a Double Point race going on too! Registration 10-11:00 AM. That’s 400 points up for grabs in one day!

Who wants a Double Double? No, we’re not talking about a burger from In-N-Out, we’re talking BMX!

Coming up on Saturday, August 22nd there TWO double-point races going on. The first is at Deseret Peak BMX, with registration from 10-11 AM, then the second will be at Antelope BMX, with registration from 6-7 PM. It’s gonna be an awesome, full day of racing!

Come to think of it, you could stop at In-N-Out between races, and make it a Double-Double, Double-Double day?

We at Antelope BMX would like to say our most sincere thank”thank you” to everyone who attended, raced, volunteered, coordinated, or anything else with the USABMX Great Salt Lake National this past weekend. We were more surprised than anyone when we found out last year we would be hosting a national, and it wasn’t until the schedule was released that we found out it was a Pro National as well! There’s no way to list and properly thank everyone who has helped in any way since then to prepare and make it the very best national we could, but you all know who you are. It meant the world to hear thank you’s and compliments during the course of the weekend. We hope everyone enjoyed it and will come visit us again!

As for our schedule at Antelope BMX this week… nothing!!! We need some rest, so we’ll see you back at the track next week. 😂

Attention to everyone attending the Great Salt Lake Nationals this weekend. Please, please, please DO NOT PARK IN THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBORHOODS!!! We do not want to cause a burden to the residents living near our track. There is plenty of parking room in the designated parking lots at the track, so please help us be good neighbors and do not park on the residential streets. Thank you everyone!!!
