1️⃣ Imagine yourself succeeding in the future - visualize yourself making good choices consistently
2️⃣ Write a letter to future you - describe your hopes and what you’re doing now to help them succeed
3️⃣ Visualize the consequences of both paths - what happens if you stay committed vs. if you give up?
