🎨 CALLING LOCAL ARTISTS! 🏔️

We want to bring a little more of the mountains we call home into Sylva Health & Fitness. We’re looking for a local artist who creates large-scale mountain landscapes or mountain-inspired artwork for a piece to be displayed in our Recovery Suite.

Whether you already have the perfect piece or would be interested in creating something for the space, we’d love to see your work!

Matthew is a 2026 graduate of Smoky Mountain High School and is currently a freshman at Western Carolina University, where he is majoring in Business Management and Entrepreneurship.

As part of our Front Desk team, Matthew is excited to be part of the Sylva Health & Fitness community and says he can’t wait to work out in the new gym! 💪

When he’s not working or studying, Matthew enjoys playing soccer and snowboarding. ⚽🏂

Originally from the coastal town of Wilmington, NC, Izabella is currently studying Integrated Health Sciences on the pre-med track at Western Carolina University.

As part of our Front Desk team, Izabella is excited to welcome members and be part of the Sylva Health & Fitness community from the very beginning.

Outside of work and school, she enjoys training Jiu-Jitsu, staying active in the gym, traveling, listening to music, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. 🥋✈️

Say hello to Megan, a Personal Trainer joining the Sylva Health & Fitness team! 💪

Megan has been part of the Franklin Health & Fitness team since 2025 and is continuing her work with us in Sylva. She is currently a Physical Therapy student at Western Carolina University and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Originally from Montague, Michigan, Megan made the move to North Carolina in 2025.

As a trainer, Megan is passionate about helping others build strength, feel confident in their abilities, and reach their fitness goals. She’s excited to bring her experience and knowledge to the Sylva community.

When she’s not working or studying, Megan enjoys hiking with her husband, golfing, reading, strength training, running, and spending time at the beach. 🥾📚🏃♀️
