🚨🚨🚨Alert🚨🚨🚨 20yr old facility record has been broken by !!! She is the youngest female in our facility to squat 185 for 4 reps at only 13yrs old and 7th grade. The previous record was held by legend and longtime client with 3 reps at 185 in the 8th grade. Big congrats to Addison and all her hard work. You know she is special when she says her favorite lift is squats! She made that look really easy!

Good to have the Rawlings Tigers baseball team in for some pre-season work before summer kicks off. These boys have worked the past 3 seasons and have been dominating! Big shout out to for pushing these young men on and off the field. Top notch coaching and mentoring.
We would like to congratulate .woods_3 on completing his 500th training session today!! He has put in an incredible amount of work the past 2 years working with us and we could not be more proud of him!! He always has a smile on his face and pushes himself each and every time he is in the gym. At only 10 yrs old he has an incredibly bright future ahead of him.
