One of the most challenging exercises, but looks so easy. Swimming in Pilates! Stephanie had her class swimming laps last night and they looked amazing!

Our body needs to be Flexible and also Stable. These don’t contradict each other even though it sounds like it. Each day at Pilates you become a little more stable, a little more flexible, your body moving synergistically with support.
