A couple of weeks ago, as I was leaving school, Caleb and Benjamin told me they had a gift for me. It was a four-leaf clover they had found and wished to give to me. Their mother had requested it, but the boys insisted on giving it to me. Thank you!

Happy Independence Day!

Today, we celebrate the freedoms and opportunities that make our country so special. This year is especially significant, as 2026 marks the Semiquincentennial—the 250th Anniversary of the United States Declaration of Independence. For 250 years, our nation has stood for freedom, opportunity, courage, and perseverance.
As we gather with family and friends, we are grateful for the brave men and women who have served and sacrificed to protect these freedoms throughout our nation's history.
At United Family Taekwondo, we are proud to teach the values of respect, responsibility, perseverance, and good citizenship—principles that help build strong families, strong communities, and a strong nation.
May we all take a moment to reflect on the blessings of freedom and the responsibilities that come with it.

Today we celebrate the fathers, grandfathers, and father figures who encourage, support, and inspire our students every day.

Thank you for the early morning drives, the long evenings at class, the tournament weekends, the words of encouragement, and the example you set through your hard work and dedication.

The confidence, discipline, and perseverance we see in our students often begin with the lessons they learn from you at home.

We are grateful to have such incredible role models as part of our UFT family.

🍕🎮 SUMMER CAMP FIELD TRIP FUN! 🎮🍕

Our UFT Summer Campers had an amazing time today at Chuck E. Cheese!

The campers enjoyed pizza with their friends, raced motorcycles, battled through arcade games, danced on the interactive floor, and made memories that will last all summer long. Most importantly, they shared lots of laughs and had a fantastic time together!

At United Family Taekwondo Summer Camp, we believe summer should be filled with friendship, adventure, and unforgettable experiences. Today's field trip was definitely a success!

Thank you to our campers for being such a great group and representing UFT with outstanding behavior.
