Those who have trained with me know the importance of this. It helps with visualization and why it expedites the learning curve helping goalkeepers excel with their extension high dives. There is a massive WHY behind this methodology. I see many goalkeepers i have trained in the past that were incredible with it to only see them cover less space, mishandle the ball or mistime their extension high dives training in a different environment, in a different state. It leads to pary saves or block saves. Repetition in drills are only as good as the repetition of coaches external dialogue. It matters. The why behind every session matters.
