Heat stroke is serious, but it’s also preventable.

As temperatures rise, it’s important to protect yourself while staying active.

💧 Stay hydrated before, during, and after your workout.
🧢 Wear lightweight clothing and sun protection when exercising outdoors.
🌳 Take breaks in the shade and avoid peak heat when possible.
⚠️ Know the warning signs: confusion, dizziness, nausea, hot dry skin, and a body temperature above 103°F can all signal heat stroke.

Your health is your greatest strength. Listen to your body, take precautions, and make sun safety part of your fitness routine all summer long!
