The WERQ Rep Team had its biennial summit last night and I am so proud of each and every one of these incredible ambassadors. They work so hard to bring WERQ to their local communities, mentor fellow instructors, and give back via charity events year after year. These leaders truly embody what WERQ is all about and I am always so honored and humbled to guide them. 💜💜💜

Tonight I had a blast breaking a couple of my own PRs at the Y 500lbs/1000lbs strength competition. I came in 2nd overall but 1st in both squat and deadlift (chest press with the bar is my weakness). I squated 230lbs and probably could have done 240lbs. My deadlift was 310lbs and I could have gone heavier there, too.

I’m super proud of myself and my fellow competitors. Everyone did an incredible job tonight!

Last week’s Adult Hip Hop class with DANTØN at Park Circle was such a vibe. I really enjoyed this choreo and the fun we got to have working through the freestyle moments, too (even though I hate freestyle, lol).

Danton always brings choreo that challenges my memory, but it’s starting to bring back my old dancing skills (slowly, but they’re coming, lol). It’s so fun to get back into the studio and do something I love but also pushes me to get better. I love it!

I was *feeling* these plank walk outs and push ups today in AMPD. I’m fatigued from all the extra classes I had to teach this week and you can see my muscles shaking. But I still pushed for it! WERQ, AMPD, and leg day done!
