Hi, beautiful Meta gals! As you know we had to close the studio due to COVID-19.
We are Relocating in Raleigh North Carolina. I miss you and your lovely energy! Looking forward to getting back in the air.
Feels like starting from scratch. We are all ready I think for a new and better world of feeling strong, empowered and loving ourselves after being cooped up for the past few years! Let’s Glow, get fit and dance!
I’ll keep you posted on our new location. Thank you all for you wonderful support and apologies for canceling classes when it became obvious that people were having fever and coughing,
Being in close contact with each other and the apparatus and as you know my OCD about cleanliness was putting me over the edge. I thank you all for your support, for your patience with us as we truly tried to keep everyone safe.

We chose to close due to the COV virus. We wanted to keep everyone safe. With such close contact, it just wasn’t right to stay open. I’m so sorry for any of you that loved the studio. You all made this a safe place to come and just dance off anything that was going on in your lives and to bring joy, empowerment and so much love. I miss you all so much. Thank you for giving me so much support, we will be back!

I miss you all so much! Stay safe, let’s get rid of this virus and get back to dancing. Make sure you are wearing masks, sanitize as much as possible, and remember to social distance. Please take care and try not to go crazy at home. Netflix is a wonderful distraction and a beautiful Saturday to lay in bed and relax!
