Natasha Logan Haliburton & Bianca Napoli!
They call themselves “Cleats Down, Weights Up.”
Because the competitive athlete never really disappears...
You just give her a barbell and a new scoreboard. 😂🔥

⚽ Natasha Logan Haliburton – You can take the cleats off Natasha, but apparently you can’t remove the “I’m not letting that girl beat me” gene. 😂 She might start with a beautiful pacing strategy, but let another team creep ahead and suddenly the game plan has become CHASE HER DOWN.

💪 Bianca Napoli – Brings the same competitive energy, except now there’s a barbell involved. Tell Bianca it’s heavy and she hears “prove me wrong.” Tell her to save something for later and suddenly she’s looking at you like you’ve personally questioned her athletic ability. 😂

Together they’re Cleats Down, Weights Up...
They traded cleats for lifters.
Goals for PRs.
Game days for competition floors.
But one thing definitely stayed the same...
They still REALLY don’t like losing. 😂🔥

👑 Natalie Meldrum – Let’s clear something up right now: Natalie runs this operation. She’s got the strategy, the transitions, the rep scheme, and probably Mark’s entire competition-day schedule already planned. 😂 There’s no team meeting. Natalie talks. Mark learns the plan.

🏋️ Mark Jacyna – Mark’s role is beautifully simple: listen to Natalie and move heavy s**t. 😂 He might have opinions. He might even have suggestions. That’s adorable. Natalie already made the decision three business days ago. 💀

Together they’re Eat. Sweat. Lift...
EAT: Natalie tells Mark when.
SWEAT: Natalie tells Mark how much.
LIFT: Mark finally gets to do something without asking permission. 😂
And if Mark starts slowing down?
He doesn’t need to look at the clock.

💪 Dean Richards – Masters athlete, which means Dean has enough years under his belt to know better... and enough competitive fire to do the dumb s**t anyway. 😂 The plan might say 80%, but the second another team gets ahead, Dean suddenly forgets percentages exist.

🔥 Christina Gipson – Strong, competitive, and probably the person Dean should listen to when she says “PACE YOURSELF.” Unfortunately, competition adrenaline has been scientifically proven to cause temporary male hearing loss. 💀😂

They say relationships are built on trust, communication, and compromise.
CrossFit relationships are built on:
“I thought YOU were doing those reps.”
“Why the hell did you drop the bar?”
and the timeless classic...
“MOVE. I’LL DO IT.” 😂🔥
By Event 3, they’ll either be closer than ever...

YES, we got Patrick’s partner right this time. 😂💀
They call themselves “Kayasutra.”
Apparently even before the competition started, we were already having trouble keeping track of the positions and partners. 😭😂

🔥 Patrick Lang – Competing RX means Patrick should know by now that technique matters. Sometimes you go fast. Sometimes you slow it down. And sometimes you end up in a position you weren’t expecting and just have to hold on and finish the damn rep. 😂

😈 Jordan Daniels – Strong, competitive, and apparently comfortable partnering with a guy who agreed to call their team Kayasutra. Jordan knows a successful partnership takes stamina, flexibility, communication...
and knowing exactly when Patrick needs to get the hell out of the way and let her take over. 💀😂

Together they’re Kayasutra...
Different movements.
Questionable positions.
Lots of sweating.
Plenty of heavy breathing.
And eventually somebody yelling...
“SWITCH! I CAN’T HOLD THIS ANY LONGER!” 😂🔥

👴💀 TEAM ANNOUNCEMENT: GRUMPY OLD MEN 💀👴

They call themselves “Grumpy Old Men.”
Because “Young, Fun & Easy to Coach” would’ve been false advertising. 😂

😤 Chris Rita – He’s been doing CrossFit long enough to know exactly how every workout should be programmed. Too many burpees? Stupid. Too much running? Stupid. Heavy barbell? Finally, somebody around here has some common sense. 😂

👴 Lawrence Dahn – Powered by old-man strength, caffeine, and the belief that most problems can be solved by complaining about them first. He may need fifteen minutes to warm up, but once he’s ready, somebody better load the damn bar before he cools down and has to start the whole process over again. 💀

Together they’re Grumpy Old Men...
They don’t need hype.
They don’t need motivational speeches.
And they definitely don’t need some 24-year-old screaming “LET’S GOOOO!” in their faces.
They’re already going. Leave them alone. 😂
By Event 3...
The knees will be stiff.
The backs will be tight.
The patience will be completely gone.
But somehow the trash talk will still be operating at 100%. 💀😂

Vensen Ambeau & Jeremy Teape!
They call themselves “Rep Raiders.”
Because apparently earning reps one at a time like normal people sounded boring. These two came to raid the damn leaderboard. 😂

🏴‍☠️ Vensen Ambeau – The type of guy who hears “smooth and steady” and immediately starts looking for a faster option. Give him a barbell, a judge, and somebody three reps ahead and suddenly the game plan has been robbed, buried, and never seen again. 😂

💀 Jeremy Teape – Brings the kind of confidence every great raid needs: way too much of it. He’ll look at a set that should obviously be broken up and convince himself unbroken is completely reasonable. Ten reps later, he’s negotiating with his lungs like hostages are involved.

Together they’re Rep Raiders...
They’re stealing reps.
Stealing recovery time.
Stealing each other’s opportunity to make a responsible decision.
Basically two pirates with knee sleeves and a caffeine problem. 🏴‍☠️😂
And these boys are in Scaled Men’s, where the greatest treasure isn’t gold...
It’s hearing your judge yell:
“REP!”
Instead of:
“NO REP!” 💀😂

Lock up the barbells, guard the leaderboard, and hide the chalk...

They call themselves “Look Mom!”
And plot twist...
MOM IS THE REASON THEY’RE HERE. 💀😂

🔥 Grace Duffy – Most moms suggest brunch, shopping, maybe a nice relaxing mother-daughter weekend. Grace looked at Jessica and thought, “You know what would really bring us closer? Four workouts, burning lungs, heavy barbells, and public suffering.” 😂
This competition was Grace’s idea, and she’s dragging Jessica along for the ride whether she likes it or not.

Apparently Mom strength now includes peer pressure. 💀😂
😂 Jessica Duffy – Jessica didn’t choose the competition life...
The competition life’s mother chose it for her.
She’s just trying to be a supportive daughter while Grace keeps finding increasingly creative ways for them to suffer together. At this point, Jessica is probably wondering why her mom couldn’t have suggested breakfast and donuts 🍩😂

Together they’re “Look Mom!”...
Except Jessica isn’t yelling “Look Mom!”
She’s yelling:
“MOM… LOOK WHAT YOU GOT US INTO.” 💀😂
And if Jessica starts slowing down during a workout, forget having a coach yell at her...
Her freaking mother is standing right beside her.
There is no hiding.
There is no sandbagging.
And apparently there is no saying no to Grace. 😂🔥

Grace wanted a mother-daughter competition experience.
Jessica wanted breakfast and donuts. 🍩

😈💀 TEAM ANNOUNCEMENT: DREAMS & NIGHTMARES

Representing CrossFit Exaulted, introducing...
John Franco & Jodi Sands!
They call themselves “Dreams & Nightmares.”
Because every CrossFit competition starts with dreams…
And usually ends with someone staring at the floor wondering what the hell went wrong. 😂

🔥 John Franco – John entered the Beginner division with dreams of crushing workouts, hitting PRs, and having a great competition experience. Cute. 😂 By Event 2, those dreams will be replaced by heavy breathing, shaky legs, and a newfound respect for the phrase “time cap.”

😈 Jodi Sands – The dangerous one who sees a workout, knows damn well it’s going to hurt, and still somehow convinces herself going unbroken sounds reasonable. That confidence is inspiring right up until minute six when she’s staring into the distance like she just saw the ghost of every bad decision she’s ever made. 💀😂

Together they’re Dreams & Nightmares...
The dream: Smooth reps and perfect transitions.
The nightmare: The judge just yelled “NO REP.”
The dream: They saved enough gas for the finish.
The nightmare: They forgot there was another round.
The dream: Beginner division.
The nightmare: We programmed it. 😈😂
By the end of the day, John & Jodi won’t need a team-name explanation...
They’ll have lived both halves of it. 💀🔥
Good luck to the Beginner Co-Ed division...
Everybody shows up November 21st with dreams.

WOD 4 — THE LADDER 🏋️
(Floater WOD)

This one is going to be fun because you get to decide how aggressive you want to be.

5 bars. Each partner gets 90 seconds to get through all 5.
🔥 Sn**ch = 5 points
💪 Clean = 3 points
⚡ Deadlift = 1 point

(squat or power - sn**ch/clean)

Play it safe and bank points, or take the risk and chase the bigger score. The strategy is completely up to you.

⚠️ Athletes — know your max for ALL 3 lifts before competition day. Know what you can sn**ch, know what you can clean, and know what you can deadlift. That information could make a big difference when you have only 90 seconds to make decisions.

And the weights? 👀 Those stay a secret until competition day.
