Today I subbed TBT at the YMCA at 9am. I was tired, and soooo happy in bed!
BUT, something magical always happens! Once you warm up, do the routine, soon you're full of good energy and surrounded with the nicest people! 🤗

5pm-5:45 Beginner’s Class, Yoga Foundations. Learn the basics of yoga and begin to build a life long practice!

Subbing for Cat tonight, 6:15-7pm. Flow through various yoga poses, starting low, building some heat, and cooling down, leading to 5 minutes of blessed stillness, Savasana (rest.)
