Ranger Ridge

Ranger Ridge Ranger Ridge is a faith-driven, conservation-minded private ranch community for families who value land, legacy, and outdoor living. Land. Legacy. Lifestyle.

A place to gather, steward the land, and create lasting memories for generations. Ranger Ridge Estates consists of 5+ acre parcels available for purchase. The community has been master planned to enable each parcel to take advantage of access to over 300 acres of common open area. A number of prominent creeks and lakes with public access are located within the Estates for residents to explore. The

anticipated paint ball course, skeet range, private garages, hiking trails and more amenities will all be available to residents of the Estates. The conservation minded team at Ranger Ridge has dedicated significant resources to clearing the land of abandoned oil field pipe, invasive mesquite and cedars, and restrictive fences in order to bring this beautiful land back to what it looked like when Ranger Ridge was the true American frontier.

This past weekend, we welcomed new and familiar faces to Ranger Ridge for our 3rd Annual Dove Extravaganza and what an incredible turnout!

Guests enjoyed a great day of dove hunting, delicious food from Mel’s Sweets & Eats in Strawn, and IV hydration provided by Angela. TRIARC Systems joined us to showcase one of our new custom Ranger Ridge hunting ri**es, while Bluff Creek Marina brought out an impressive lineup of Can-Ams for guests to explore. We always love working with their team! Several of our builders also joined us for the festivities.

We’re grateful to everyone who made the day so memorable and look forward to many more days like this with our Ranger Ridge community!

ROSS FIRE UPDATE — AUGUST 28

Although the Ross Fire remains active, crews successfully held it within its previous footprint and continue to improve containment lines. Current firefighting efforts are focused farther north, near the north side of Possum Kingdom Lake, where crews are working to prevent additional growth toward the lake and surrounding communities.

At this time, there is very little danger to the Ranger Ridge community. We will continue monitoring conditions closely and keep our firefighting equipment ready as a precaution.
Evacuation notices for Palo Pinto County have been lifted, and there are currently no evacuations in Jack County. Highway 16 north of FM 2353 has reopened; however, additional closures remain in the affected area, and travel conditions may change.
Hot and dry weather will continue over the next several days, so we encourage everyone to remain cautious and follow updates from local authorities.

We are grateful to the firefighters, emergency personnel, and support crews working tirelessly to protect our surrounding communities.

We are closely monitoring the wildfire situation in Palo Pinto County and remain in communication with local officials and fire departments.

At this time, the primary fire remains north of Highway 180 and is moving north/northeast, away from Ranger Ridge. The risk to the ranch remains very low, and our team continues to monitor conditions closely.

Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone impacted by the fires, and especially the brave firefighters, first responders, and volunteers working around the clock to protect our communities.

We are incredibly grateful for their courage, dedication, and tireless efforts. Ranger Ridge is proud to support our local volunteer fire departments and is providing supplies and additional support as needed throughout this effort.

Kerry has been part of the Ranger Ridge team since March 2025, and over the past year and a half, she has become an integral part of keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and across the ranch.

From member communication, reservations, scheduling, and event coordination to supporting day-to-day ranch operations and wildlife efforts, Kerry wears plenty of hats. If something is happening at Ranger Ridge, chances are she’s had a hand in making it happen.

Need a hunt booked?
A gathering planned?

Kerry’s got you covered.

We’re grateful to have her on the Ranger Ridge team and look forward to all that’s ahead!
