This Monday we’re kicking off a two-week soft opening with FREE classes at our new studio in Portsmouth!

Come explore the studio, practice with us, try a new class, and help us settle into our new home in Portsmouth’s West End.

We’ll be offering a modified class schedule during our soft opening, with Reformer Pilates classes available both weeks and select yoga classes beginning the week of September 21.
