Our kids Jiu-Jitsu classes are going strong at both Monroe and Stratford. It gives kids a place to burn some energy, build confidence, learn discipline, and just have something productive to look forward to after school.

Not every child wants to grapple- some want to strike! Our kids muaythai class allows children to develop the same focus and discipline as jiujitsu without the use of grappling.

We work on 4 main things:
Foundational Striking Technique
Focus and Coordination
Cardio and Conditioning
Discipline and the ability to do challenging things
