Some people ski down Gondolier. Amber climbs it.
For 85+ consecutive days this summer, Amber Lynn Constant has climbed Mount Mansfield multiple times a day, chasing an extraordinary goal: more than 3 million vertical feet climbed by foot in a single year.
If you've visited Stowe recently you may have spotted Amber on the trail, putting in the work one ascent at a time. Mount Mansfield has long been a place where people come to challenge themselves, and this year it's become Amber's home base as she pursues a goal that demands endurance, consistency, and an incredible amount of grit.
This past weekend, Amber had some company on the mountain. Our General Manager, Mike Giorgio, joined her for a couple laps up and down Gondolier as he trains for an upcoming race.
