High Seas Racing

After everything we’ve been through this week, it’s time we take a day and try a dose of normalcy! Keegan will be back in his soap box derby car tomorrow morning! If you want to come support him and Mack(the girl that also races who was staying with us and her dad is the one that got Keegan out of the basement) they’ll both be racing tomorrow morning!

The race is located in Akron near the old Rubber bowl. 789 Derby Downs Drive Akron 44306. There is a parade at 8:00am. The race starts at 8:30am. Unfortunately there is not an exact race time for Keegan or Mack. The admission fee is $10 (link below). There is also a live stream on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.

Keegan will be racing tomorrow around 10:00am🤞🏼if you want to come support him, tomorrow is free to come watch, there are bleachers to sit in or bring a chair!

🎉🥳AKRON, if you're already downtown or can come downtown today on your lunch break, help us give our 330 Soap Box Derby champs and their families a warm welcome! The annual Parade of Champions is today at noon from Canal Park to Cascade Plaza.
There will be food trucks too!

12 p.m. Parade starts at Canal Park, down Main St. to Cascade Plaza, 1 W. Mill St.
Welcome Ceremonies at Cascade Plaza. Each Champ will be introduced and will walk across the stage at the ceremony.

Today is the All American Soap Box Derby Parade kicks off at 12noon on Main Street in Akron begins at Canal Park and goes to Cascade Park! Then the welcome ceremony is at Cascade Park immediately following! If you looking for something to do, come support these kids that have raced their way to the World Championship Race!!!
