COME CELEBRATE OUR 3RD YEAR ANNIVERSARY WITH AN ENTIRE FREE MONTH OF UNLIMITED AIKIDO CLASSES THIS OCTOBER!

Take a month to experience dynamic movement with harmony as its foundation. Solidify your balance & coordination and feel grounded & empowered with a unification of mind AND body.

We are in the center of Stone Ridge, NY - and within a 1/2 hour of Kingston, New Paltz, Woodstock, Olivebridge, Shokan, West Shokan, High Falls, Rosendale, Kerhonkson, Ellenville, Saugerties, Mt. Tremper & Phoenicia.

Eight scheduled classes each week
Morning & evening classes
Parent / kid class on Saturday morning
Our student age range is from 4 to 80

Two 6th Dan Shidoin instructors will get you going at your own pace & current physical ability.

And it's a great bunch of folks in our community doing it with us - come be part of it!

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit.
