It’s not just about how fast you swing, it’s about how consistently you deliver the club.

This study examined the consistency of 7 iron clubhead delivery in Oklahoma State Cowboy Golf and OSU Cowgirl Golf , showing that measuring variability can provide valuable insights for coaching, performance, and player development.

A successful NSCA National Conference for the GRIP team!

This year, we presented three research posters highlighting projects from the past academic year. We enjoyed the opportunity to share our work, connect with fellow researchers and practitioners, and contribute to the ongoing conversation surrounding athlete performance and sports science.

We look forward to continuing to advance research that bridges the gap between science and practice.
