Okay y’all, I am WAY too excited about this one 😂

Our brand-new 24/7 SMART VENDING FRIDGE is officially LIVE & STOCKED! 🙌🏼🔥

And no, this isn’t your typical gym vending machine full of candy bars and random bu****it. 😂 I stocked this thing specifically with lifters in mind.

We’ve got fresh homemade meal preps, protein shakes, energy drinks, clear protein, high-protein snacks, hydration options, quick carbs, grab-and-go snacks and more — all available 24 HOURS A DAY.

The coolest part? There’s no vending-machine buttons or spirals. Tap/swipe your card → open the fridge → grab whatever you want → shut the door. The smart fridge recognizes what you took and automatically checks you out. 🤯

So whether you forgot your pre-workout, need something after your lift, need a meal on the way home, or you’re training at some ungodly hour when the store is closed… WE GOT YOU. 💪🏼🍑

I’ve wanted to give our members more convenient options that actually make sense for people who train, and I’m SO freaking pumped about this.

NEW MACHINE ALERT — AND THIS ONE IS A BIG 🍑 DEAL!

We are SO incredibly excited, grateful, and PROUD to announce that At The Bar Fit Club is now home to the Elite Glute Isolator X!
(It’s been here a couple weeks but it is moved to its permanent home and plug in)

This isn’t just another piece of equipment we added to fill some floor space. This is a patented, state-of-the-art glute isolation machine specifically designed to take the quads out of the movement and put the work where we actually want it — THE GLUTES. 🍑

We are seriously so grateful for the opportunity to bring equipment like this into our gym and give our members access to something DIFFERENT. We take a lot of pride in continuing to invest back into our facility and bring you guys equipment that can actually elevate your training.

And listen — DO NOT let this thing intimidate you. 😂

We know the hydraulics and setup make it look like you need an engineering degree to operate it, but we PROMISE it is actually one of the easiest and least complicated machines in the entire gym once you get on it.

We really want EVERYONE to get comfortable using it, so please don’t walk past it because you aren’t sure what to do. ASK US! We would be more than happy to show you how to get set up and get you going.
