Reminder: Four weeks of Yoga for Runners begins Sept 1! Tuesdays 6pm run, then about 45 minutes of yoga at 630. Sole Focus Running, 210 N Central Ave, Staunton.

Returning the first four Tuesdays this September is our Yoga for Runners series! Join us for an easy about town warm up run at 6pm. followed by 45 minutes of yoga, addressing some common runner specific areas at 6:30.
