We’re excited to announce that Maxwell Norris has been promoted to Fitness Manager at MBI Fitness! 🎉
For the past 6 years, Max has been an integral part of MBI Fitness, building lasting relationships with clients and consistently demonstrating the passion, professionalism, and expertise that define our team.
In his new role as Fitness Manager, Max will continue training clients while also taking the lead in:
✔️ Onboarding and mentoring new trainers
✔️ Leading continuing education and staff development
✔️ Maintaining the high coaching standards MBI Fitness is known for
✔️ Helping ensure every client receives an exceptional training experience

Please join us in welcoming the newest member of the MBI Fitness team — Leslie Andrades!
We’re excited to have Leslie join us as we continue building an incredible coaching team for our new facility. Her passion for helping others, strong educational background, and commitment to empowering clients make her a fantastic addition to MBI Fitness.
Meet Leslie:
Leslie Andrades graduated from Prairie View A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She later earned her Master of Science in Sport Science at Jackson State University. She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Coach. Leslie has a personal interest in strength training, bodybuilding training, and lifestyle coaching.
Leslie began her professional career as a personal trainer at the YMCA in 2024. She then joined Anytime Fitness as the Club Manager in 2024. During her time there, she taught small group fitness as well as 1:1 personal training.
Leslie is passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves by building confidence, resilience, and healthy habits that extend far beyond the gym. As a coach and personal trainer, she strives to empower individuals to overcome physical and mental challenges while creating an environment where they feel supported and capable of succeeding. She believes the discipline, consistency, and self-belief developed through fitness can positively impact every aspect of life. Her goal is to inspire lasting change by helping others realize their potential and giving them the tools to thrive both inside and outside the gym.

After nearly 10 years, we are taking the next step.
MBI Fitness is moving!
We are opening our own private 6,000 square foot training facility—something we have been building toward for years.
