Helping women like you to shed the masks you’ve worn for way too long to survive and step into the power of your authentic self expression. Have you ever felt a quiet nudge that something in your life needed to change… but you talked yourself out of it because you didn’t have all the answers yet?

I know that feeling deeply.

For years, I had an inner knowing that I wouldn’t be an art teacher forever. But I had no idea what came next.

And because I didn’t have certainty, I questioned myself.

But intuition rarely gives us the entire staircase.
It gives us the next step.

In this week’s episode of Creative by Nature, we’re talking about how to strengthen your intuition by understanding your patterns, reconnecting with your body, and learning to trust what you already know.

If you’ve been feeling a quiet pull toward something different, this conversation is for you.

She went from seeing only darkness… to experiencing a world of color within herself.

✨ “Usually when I meditate, I can only see black.”

That one sentence stopped me.

Because sometimes we think we’re not “good” at meditation. We think we’re not intuitive enough. We believe we can’t connect because we don’t see what others describe.

But your inner world has its own language.

After choosing the Inner Goddess meditation inside The Inspired Path Monthly Energy Meditation Library, she experienced something completely different.

She saw colors.
She felt shifts in temperature.
She felt energy moving through her body.

“It was very powerful.”

What I love most about this experience is that it wasn’t about becoming someone new. It was about opening the door to something that was already within her.

Your intuition speaks in whispers, sensations, emotions, images, and energy.

Sometimes, all you need is the space to listen.

The Inspired Path Monthly Energy Meditation Library was created to help you return to yourself, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and create moments of presence in a world that asks us to constantly do more.

Maybe your next breakthrough is waiting in the quiet. 🤍

Have you ever had a moment in meditation that surprised you?

How many times have you ignored a quiet knowing because you didn’t have proof that it was right?

I’ve been there.

There was a time in my teaching career when I knew something was changing. I didn’t know what was next. I didn’t have a plan.

I just had a feeling.

And because I couldn’t explain it, I questioned it.

But that inner knowing kept returning.

That’s what I’ve learned about intuition: it doesn’t always arrive with certainty. It often arrives as a whisper.

In this upcoming episode of Creative by Nature, I’m sharing the three practices that helped me strengthen my relationship with my intuition—and the patterns that often keep us disconnected from ourselves.

If you’ve been feeling a quiet nudge, a sense of misalignment, or a longing for something you can’t quite put words to, I hope this conversation helps you trust yourself a little more.

🎧 New episode coming this Thursday.

Before this was an episode of Creative by Nature, it was a blog post I wrote in May of 2024 called Intuition 101: Your Intuition Is Talking to You and Here’s How to Listen.

At the time, I wanted to give language to something I believe so deeply: we all have intuition.

For some of us, it comes naturally to trust those quiet nudges, feelings, and moments of knowing.

For others—especially those of us who have spent years overthinking, people pleasing, striving for perfection, or looking outside ourselves for answers—it can feel much harder to hear that inner voice.

But your intuition isn’t gone.

It may simply be waiting for you to slow down and notice the ways it has been speaking to you all along.

In both the blog and this week’s podcast episode, I explore the six clairsenses, share personal stories from my own intuitive journey, and invite you to become curious about your own unique language of intuition.

Because intuition doesn’t always arrive as a loud, undeniable message.

Sometimes it’s a feeling.
A knowing.
An image.
A song.
A memory carried by a familiar scent.

And the more you pay attention, the more you begin to trust yourself.

How has your intuition been speaking to you lately?

Have you ever said:
“I don’t know why… I just have a feeling.”

Or maybe you’ve ignored that feeling because it didn’t make logical sense.

You asked everyone else what they thought.
You made a pros and cons list.
You researched every possibility.
And still, something inside of you whispered a different answer.

That quiet voice?
That may be your intuition.

In this week’s episode of Creative by Nature, I’m sharing Intuition 101—the different ways intuition communicates through the clairsenses and stories from my own journey of learning to trust what I see, feel, hear, smell, taste, and know.

If you’re a creative, a sensitive soul, or someone learning to come back to your own inner guidance, this conversation is for you.

Your intuition isn’t something you have to earn.
It’s a relationship you can nurture.

Your daily dose of creativity comes in imagery today! After a day of traveling, large crowds, problem-solving a broken door handle and deceiving shower, I’m too tired to hop on camera. Instead I’m sitting in stillness and quiet, restoring my peace of being.
