💛🥋 USTA Parent Workshop — This Saturday! 🥋💛

Hello USTA Family!

This Saturday is a special and meaningful day for both parents and students. From 10am–11:30am, we’re hosting our Parent Workshop — a chance to connect, learn, and strengthen the partnership between families and our studio.

This event is designed to help parents feel confident, informed, and supported in their child’s martial arts journey. We’ll talk about how our programs work, what progression looks like, how we build discipline and confidence, and how families can stay involved in a way that truly helps their students grow.

Please come in active wear, and bring your students if you’re attending.
And don’t forget to sign your name on the list so we can prepare for everyone joining us.

We’re looking forward to spending this time with you and continuing to build the strong, caring community that makes USTA so special.

🎬🍕 USTA MOVIE NIGHT — September 26th! 🍕🎬

Hello USTA Family!

Mark your calendars — Movie Night is happening September 26th from 6pm–10pm! It’s four hours of movies, games, friends, pizza, and tons of fun for the kids.

Here’s what to bring:
🛋️ Comfy wear (PJs, sweats, blankets — whatever feels good!)
🎟️ Up to 2 friends per ticket
🍕 A big appetite for pizza
🎮 Energy for fun games and activities

We’ll handle the entertainment, the food, and the fun — all your kids have to do is show up ready for an awesome night with their USTA Family and friends.

We’re excited to invite you to our Family Workshop on September 26th, 10am–11am — a special, interactive class designed to bring parents, students, and instructors together for a deeper look at what makes our studio so unique.

This workshop is all about connection, clarity, and community. Together, we’ll explore:

We will be sharing our ceremony with USTA Camano this time in hopes to celebrate everyone's hard work together as a martial arts family! Hello USTA Family!
Testing time is almost here! Please turn in all stripes and test papers as soon as possible. You’ve all been pushing hard through the summer heat — we don’t want anyone to miss their chance to level up.

Reminder: We will be closed on August 6th. If that’s one of your regular training days, please plan a make‑up class so you stay on track.

Training in the heat is tough, but it’s also where real strength is forged. Steel becomes strong through fire and pressure — and so do martial artists. Keep showing up, keep pushing, and keep shaping yourself into who you want to become.

Hello USTA Family!

We’re all set and excited for testing tomorrow at the Stanwood studio — but before we begin, we want to take a moment to appreciate you.

These past couple of months have been a whirlwind: holidays, sickness, busy schedules, and plenty of unexpected obstacles. But despite all of it, you kept showing up. You stayed focused. You pushed yourselves.And it shows.

Even with only a couple hours a week together, your progress on the mat makes it clear how much work you’ve been putting in at home. That dedication, that discipline, that heart — it’s what makes this community special.

Thank you for your effort, your resilience, and your commitment to growing not just in Taekwondo, but in your personal lives as well. We can’t wait to see you all test tomorrow. Keep going — you’re capable of incredible things.
