Help us congratulate our Santé Member of The Month Laura Fay
At 72 years young, Laura decided it was time to do something for herself and her health, so she joined Santé. And we couldn’t be more grateful that she did!
Laura is retired after many years of working at Johnson Memorial. She is a proud mother to several grown children and an amazing grandmother.
Since joining Santé, Laura has shown up for herself nearly every single day and often takes two classes in a day! There isn’t a class she won’t try. Pilates, strength training, balance and mobility, dance, yoga — Laura is always willing to step outside her comfort zone and give it a try.
Even when she is experiencing knee pain, Laura continues to show up, proving that progress isn’t about being perfect, it’s being consistent and never giving up on yourself.
But Laura doesn’t just show up for herself. She shows up for every woman who walks through the doors of Santé.
She greets everyone with a smile, introduces herself to new members, and makes people feel welcome from the moment they walk in. She has often shared that Santé has become a sanctuary for her as she navigates the incredibly difficult process of caring for her 100+ year-old mother in her final days.
Through it all, Laura rarely complains. Instead, she meets each challenge with positivity, strength, grace, and a smile.
Laura represents what is possible for women in their 60s and 70s, but more importantly, she is an inspiration to every woman inside and outside of Santé.
We are so grateful to have you as part of our Santé family, Laura.
We can’t wait to watch you continue to grow, get stronger, and make progress throughout your Santé journey.
Congratulations, Laura, on being our September Member of the Month!
