Happy National Gymnastics Day! 🤸‍♀️🩵💕

We celebrated all week long with treats, tricks, challenges, and flips, and then topped it off in the best way- a big win!

Last night at Daytona Beach Bash,
🥇 Macie took 1st place All Around and 1st on bars!
⭐ Emma brought an awesome floor routine and a cold stick on vault!

We are so proud of these two Silvers for coming out in pre-season and nailing it. Your hard work, grit, and grace showed up big time!

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost, the heroes who ran toward danger, and the families forever changed on September 11, 2001.

First Level 4 meet of the season is in the books! 💪💙
Our Fierce Five showed up, put the nerves aside, and gave it everything they had. Lots of lessons learned, lots to take back to the gym, and so much to be proud of!
The biggest win? A 3-point team improvement over last year’s season opener! 👏
We’re just getting started. Back to the gym, back to work, and ready to keep building from here. Proud of these five and excited to see what this season brings! 🤸‍♀️✨

Peanuts were found inside the gym today.

Grit & Grace is a STRICTLY NUT-FREE facility due to athletes with severe, life-threatening anaphylactic allergies.

Please DO NOT bring peanuts, tree nuts, or any foods containing nuts into the gym. This applies to athletes, parents, siblings, and guests.

Please check all snacks and food before entering the gym. This is not simply a preference. It is a matter of athlete safety.
