📣 SATURDAY CLASS PARKING REMINDER! 🥊🎉

For all of our boxers attending class tomorrow, Saturday, August 8, we’ll be setting up outside during class time for our anniversary party! 🎈🎉

We have marked off part of the parking lot so we can get our tents, tables, and chairs set up. Please use the other available parking spaces when you arrive for class.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we get ready to celebrate! ❤️🥊

The best day! Amy, one of our awesome boxers hosted her birthday celebration giving back to our very own Rock Steady Boxing! It was a day spent with music, good food, a wonderful sense of community and pride in our gym. Not to mention an exciting amount of money raised for the gym! The room was filled with boxers, coaches, volunteers and countless others all there to donate their hard earned money for these awesome fighters! Thank you, Amy, and everyone who attended! 💪🏻🥊💪🏻

Every time I assess a potential new boxer, I tell them that these workouts are not designed for “sick people”. These workouts are created for fighters, athletes. I wish every person could see how hard we work our boxers day in and day out. They are focused, they are determined and they Do Not Quit. We talk daily about what a privilege it is to be sore from a workout you did to make yourself better. We should all aspire to be half as driven as our boxers are every single day. Fight on my heroes. 💪🏻🥊💪🏻

The food was wonderful, but the laughs, conversations, and time spent together were the best part. 😊🍉🎉
