On August 25, members of the Military History Club welcomed Vietnam War veteran Frank Kimball for a presentation on his service with the elite Misty Forward Air Controllers (FACs).

Kimball shared firsthand accounts of flying dangerous low-altitude missions over enemy territory, directing air strikes along the Ho Chi Minh Trail, and serving alongside the courageous pilots of the top-secret MISTY squadron.

The evening offered a powerful look into one of the Vietnam War’s most daring operations and honored the extraordinary service and sacrifice of those who flew these missions.

Members celebrated summer in style at Havana Night, hosted by the MAC Associates. The Caribbean-inspired evening featured casino games, a live DJ, rum tastings, and hand-selected premium cigars—all while supporting the Missouri Athletic Club’s Charitable Society for Children charities.

MAC Clayton hosted its inaugural Coastal Feast on Saturday, Aug. 15, an abundant summer celebration in the Forest Park Room.

Members enjoyed a bountiful selection of fresh seafood specialties and decadent desserts curated by Chef Patrick and the culinary team. From the exceptional food to warm hospitality, the evening marked an exciting look ahead to the many MAC Clayton events yet to come.

Congratulations to the 2026 Summer Open Basketball League Champions, Team Lally! 🏀🏆

After finishing the regular season with a 5-2 record and earning the No. 2 seed, Team Lally battled through the playoffs and defeated Team Stonecipher 67-61 in the championship game to claim the title, finishing the season at 7-2.
