Did a Bunny POP out of an egg?

Did YOU Notice...?
how much of their world happens away from you?
Those little shoes went places today you didn't.
They walked into a classroom.
Stood beside friends.
Waited in line.
Maybe shuffled nervously under a desk.
And now they're back by your door.
When they come home, leave a little room before filling the silence with questions
"What made you laugh today?"
Less pressure. More presence.

Take the Creation story outside! 🌿☀️

HIDE. SEEK. SORT. Then open Genesis 1 and let the kids discover if they got the order right. 👀

Help children slow down, look closely, and NOTICE God’s creation.

What helps faith stay with a child? 💡

Each week, I’ll share simple, hands-on ways to help kids experience, remember, and trust Jesus.

SATURDAY PAUSE:

The backpack carries pencils, folders, and lunch.

The child carrying it may be holding something else.

Excitement.
Nervousness.
A question they haven't said out loud.

Before asking if everything is packed, notice the child wearing the backpack.

“What are you looking forward to?”

Less pressure. More presence.

Home is where faith sticks.

When we think about helping children know Jesus, we often picture church, Sabbath School, family worship, or Bible stories.
Those moments matter.
But they aren't the only moments that shape a child's faith.
Faith is also formed while making pancakes, reading one more bedtime story, cleaning up toys, laughing around the dinner table, or stopping to answer one more "Why?"
Children spend far more hours at home than they do at church.
What if those ordinary moments are where God does some of His deepest work?
Jesus isn't waiting for the "spiritual" moments to meet our children.
He is already present in the ordinary ones.

What's one ordinary family moment that became a lasting memory for you?

There were years I felt invisible.
Laundry years. Car-seat years. Cheerios-on-the-floor years.

If you’re in that season right now, this book was written for you.

Not to tell you to do more.
But to remind you that what you’re already doing matters.
