Fitness, Funk, and Praise REFIT

Summer plans are in full swing and I hope you’ve been able to enjoy some relaxation. We will take a break from our regular Saturday classes.
In the Fall we will kick off REFIT®️ and REV+FLOW classes once again!

It’s always a great day for REFIT®️! Today was even better because Joy, a REFIT®️ instructor from Oklahoma, visited my class!
The hoots and hollers, squats and jumps, praise and reflection - they were the best way to start a Saturday morning!
