Great Running Niche Run Club last night. Asics was here for a demo and those that tried got an Asics t-shirt with a logo on the front! We had strong groups at 8:00, 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00 walk/run and a nice walking group. Each group had appointed leaders to ensure proper pace, no faster and that no new folks are dropped. This is our Team Running Niche Fall 2026 training cycle group. Our group showed up yesterday to support the I Love Forest Park 5K. These folks run a lot of miles in FP and this is a way we can show our support. Collectively they represent $2440 in entry fees for the event, most of which goes to the important non-profit. Founded in 1986, Forest Park Forever is a private nonprofit conservancy that partners with the City of St. Louis to restore, maintain and sustain Forest Park. Thanks to our group for being there and supporting. Onward we go in our training now as they march towards their Fall racing goals. Thanks, folks, for repping the green.
