What are you training for?
Maybe it’s losing the weight you’ve been trying to lose.
Maybe it’s getting stronger.
Maybe you want to feel confident walking into the gym.
Maybe you’re training for a sport, a powerlifting meet, or simply want to feel better and move better as you get older.
Your reason doesn’t have to be the same as anyone else’s.
Your training should have a purpose.
That’s one of the things I focus on with my clients at Kryptonian Muscle — building a program around your goals, not somebody else’s.
Whatever your reason for starting, I’m here to help you make a plan and put in the work.
What’s your goal?

☕ Coach’s Corner
One of the most common questions I hear is:
“How many days a week should I work out?”
My answer surprises a lot of people…
You probably don’t need to work out every day.
For most people, 3–4 quality workouts each week is enough to make great progress when it’s combined with good nutrition, adequate sleep, and consistency.
I’d rather see someone train three days every week for a year than seven days a week for two weeks before burning out.
Fitness isn’t about doing the most.
It’s about doing what you can consistently.
That’s where real progress happens.
👇 If you could ask a personal trainer one question, what would it be? I’d love to answer it in a future Coach’s Corner.

💥 Mythbuster Monday
“You don’t need fancy exercises to get results.”
MYTH… and also TRUE.
Here’s what I mean.
This TRX exercise isn’t “better” than a squat, a row, or a push-up.
I use movements like this when they fit a person’s goals, experience, or limitations.
The best exercise isn’t the newest one you saw on social media.
It’s the one that’s:
* ✅ Safe for you
* ✅ Matches your goals
* ✅ Progresses over time
* ✅ Keeps you consistent
Whether you’re using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, or just your bodyweight…
Consistency beats complexity every time.

☕ Coach’s Corner
One of the most common questions I get asked is:
“How many days a week should I work out?”
The answer is…
It depends on your goals and your schedule.
For most people, you don’t need to be in the gym every day to make great progress.
In fact…
3–4 quality workouts each week combined with good nutrition, adequate sleep, and staying active outside the gym is enough for many people to build strength, lose body fat, and feel better.
The biggest mistake isn’t working out too little…
It’s trying to do too much in the beginning.
Start with a plan you can stick with.
Consistency beats perfection every single time.
👇 If you could ask a personal trainer one question, what would it be?
I’d love to answer it in a future Coach’s Corner post.

Do you really need supplements?
The answer might surprise you.
Before spending money on supplements, make sure you’re focusing on the habits that matter most:
✅ Balanced nutrition
✅ Strength training
✅ Quality sleep
✅ Staying hydrated
Supplements can be useful, but they’re designed to support a solid foundation—not replace one.
👇 What’s one supplement you’ve always wondered about? Drop it in the comments, and I may answer it in a future Fitness Minute!
