Derek Fisher Racing Updates

Derek is okay! Car, not so much..

Last night the Mike Swartz Racing team went hiding at Hidden Hollow Speedway for the Tim Breeding Memorial race presented by the Slingin Dirt Super Late Model Series

We had started 5th in the feature and worked up to 2nd. Cody Mahoney Motorsports had the car to beat all night long as he led the feature all the way up until the last 5 laps. We hated to see him break, we always enjoy racing with him. Hoping his luck turns around soon!

With the last 5 laps to go, Derek was able to hold off the rest of the field and park it on victory lane!!

We would like to thank Steven Breeding, DJ Smallwood, the Hidden Hollow track staff, and the Slinging Dirt Super Late Model Series for putting on a well ran event. It is always a great time to see a race track with a packed hill of fans!!

We had planned to head to Portsmouth Raceway Park today but the weather had other plans. The next one we have on the books will be at Richmond Raceway KY for the Butterball!

The Deanna Noble Memorial with the Slingin Dirt Super Late Model Series at 191 Speedway was an eventful day to say the least!! If you weren’t there, here’s what you missed:
- Set fast time in qualifying ☑️
- Finished first in heat 1 🥇
- Finished first in the dash 🏎️
- Finished first in (a real nail biter) feature 🏁🏁

With now having a second bounty put on Derek, it appears to remain outstanding since the $500 wasn’t collected by anyone this weekend

Unloaded and wiped down at 191 Speedway for the Deanna Noble Memorial with the Slingin Dirt Super Late Model Series!!

Firecracker 30 @ 191 Speedway went out with a bang!! 💥 We couldn’t ask for a better way to start the weekend. We want to thank the American Late Model Iron-Man Series with Coltman Farms Racing Battle of the Bluegrass DIRTcar Series and the track for putting on this event, not to mention a huge appreciation to Mike Swartz as he makes this possible for the #38 team. We will be back at it again tomorrow and rolling in at Mudlick Valley Raceway 🛞

The saying usually goes, “two heads are better than one” so we’re testing what three heads can come up with tonight at Mudlick Valley Raceway 🤔

Our next event will be Friday June 12 at Richmond Raceway KY for their portion of Kentucky speedweek! Then and we will head to Mudlick Valley Raceway on Saturday the following night. We would love to run the whole Speed weeks but it's just not possible without having sufficient help. That's as to why we didn't go anywhere this weekend either. Thank you to all our fans for the continued support. And a special thanks to all our sponsors for everything they do!
