Congratulations to Christian for being Gene Slay's Star Employee!

Christian has gone above and beyond to jump-start the new year. He has quickly gotten to know the majority of the youth in his group by name and has helped staff do the same. Always willing to support staff and youth in whatever capacity is asked of him, he consistently goes above and beyond to help others. Christian brings tremendous energy, enthusiasm, silliness, and genuine care to his work. He readily helps wherever needed—asking if someone needs something, carrying things, or simply doing what he can to make others smile. His presence at all-staff trainings and meetings encourages greater engagement and participation. He has also assimilated seamlessly into the larger GSGBC culture while graciously bringing others into the fold. Christian’s care for our youth especially stands out. The children are crazy about him— they gather around him and listen to him, and he is especially good and patient with them. His willingness to step up was also on full display at the Golf Classic, where Christian took over the Liquor Putt and ran it with aplomb. He got people excited to participate and made sure everyone had a great time. Christian has brought infectious energy to GSGBC, and his willingness to jump in, support others, and bring joy to those around him has made a meaningful impression in a short amount of time
